An exciting position has arisen for a HR Officer to work for an excellent faith-based Charity to provide support to their HR function.

nThe role will be overseeing both HR and Payroll elements, so is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand and gain experience across these areas.



Key responsibilities:nSupporting the entire HR team through arranging and placing advertisements, management of the charity website, responding to applicants and organising interviews/selection tests where requirednMaintaining HR and Payroll data including inputting, monitoring and extracting employee and management information from CoreHR databasenEnsuring that employee records, and other HR spreadsheets are up to datenProviding front line HR administrative support to management, lay leaders and staff on all aspects of employment mattersnProvide support with monthly payroll processes e.

onboarding tax coding, data input and dealing queriesnProvide Payroll Administrative support to the Payroll Manager as and when required for cyclical events e.

Gender Pay Gap, P11Ds, P60s and payroll projectsnEnsuring that DBS disclosures and other checks are carried out, including reference checks, in a timely fashion



Successful candidate profile:nPursuing CIPD qualifications is desirablenStrong HR administrative experiencenExperience using HR Payroll systems to facilitate payrollnStrong attention to detail and team playernStrong communication skills – written and verbal
