With an extensive order book, we invite you to be a part of their growing success.What We Seek:An experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) ready to shape the future of this scaling business.What You'll Do:As a key member of the site Senior Management team, you'll report to the UK HR Director and collaborate within the global HR function.The wider remit of the HRBP is as follows; * Build people capability, plan & manage talent, and develop approaches aligning with corporate objectives. * Provide a pro-active HR partnering service to the business, ensuring strategic alignment. * Engage with employees at all levels, fostering a positive workplace culture. * Offer HR solutions and recommendations on employee relations, workforce planning, absence management, recruitment, and talent management. * Engage with third parties, building key relationships with recruitment agencies, training providers, and occupational health providers.Key Responsibilities as the HRBP * Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture. * Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department leads on capability requirements and succession planning. * Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, from designing job adverts to candidate selection. * Culture: Develop an inclusive culture in line with corporate values. * Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relation issues through to completion. * Change Management: Lead discussions around change and transformation within the business. * Performance Management: Oversee annual performance reviews and guide performance improvement plans. * Learning and Development: Identify training requirements and support future training and apprenticeship programs. * Pay and Reward: Support the annual pay and reward process, providing insights on market pay structures. * Reporting: Prepare weekly HR reports and present findings and recommendations to management. * Legal Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practice compliance. * Provide HR operational KPIs, analyse trends and metrics. * Manage HR Coordinator(s) and support their professional growth and development.Qualifications & Experience to be successful as the HRBP * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. * CIPD Level 5/7 accredited (advantageous but not essential). * HR Generalist experience with employee relations and recruitment. * Several years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * IT literate with experience using HR/Payroll systems. * Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. * Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Package DetailsCompetitive salary sacrifice-led pension plan.Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Free life assurance cover.25 days holiday per annum.Internal reward and recognition scheme linked to internal benefits platform.Employee Assistance Programme.Comprehensive well-being program.Competitive employee discounts platform.Cycle to Work scheme.Enhanced family-friendly benefits.Company sick pay.Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Committee supporting and championing employee diversity.Next Steps …Hopefully we have piqued your interest.
