Your new role –nWe are recruiting for a Leadership Partner HR Management Advisor.
You will be the first point of contact for Management and Trade Union queries and topics related to your area of responsibility.
You will represent business interests in cross-functional circles and meetings as well as the realisation of top-down activities.
nYour remit will include developing HR concepts for your respective field of responsibility in line with HR/Business strategy and actively shaping and developing departments and their employees from an HR perspective.
nOverseeing and taking responsibility for the selection of suitable candidates for open positions with Line Managers as well as responsibility for contractual changes in terms of new hires, job changes, promotions, salary changes and one-off payments.
nA key part of the role will be to provide advice and support on the application of disciplinary measures and grievance procedures.
nResponsibility for overseeing the administration and application of Portfolio, Portfolio Light and Development Talks.
nYou will drive and steer Absence Management as well as issues stemming as a result of Trade Union negotiations, such as working time models and individual measures.
What you’ll need to succeed –nKnowledge of /experience of working with Employment LegislationnProven interpersonal and communication skills at all levels (very proactive) and across different cultures.
nGood track record of handling sensitive data and topics (trustworthy, totally objective even under pressure).
nQualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, preferably in an HR / Business Management related subject.
nKnowledge of company agreements, HR processes, policies, instruments and systems required, experience of dealing with trade unions is beneficial.
nThe ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts combined with highly developed communication skills is essential.
nHighly proficient in prioritisation, assertiveness and decision-making.
nStrong interpersonal skills and judgement / intuition are crucial in conjunction with a high level of professionality due to the nature of the customer-facing role.
