HR Manager in Chadwick

A stand-alone HR Manager position has arisen to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. An office-based role, you will be required on-site Monday - Friday on a full-time basis. Working in a stand-alone position where you will be responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees whilst supporting other sites.Working alongside the Financial Director and Senior Management teams, providing professional HR advice and administrative support and working toAs a HR Manager you will be responsible for -Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contractsContinual review and improvement of the current recruitment processConducting right to work checks, producing job offers and onboarding new startersArranging performance and probationary reviewsCompleting exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retentionCompleting disciplinaries and grievancesReviewing and updating policies and proceduresManaging and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payrollTraining and development - update and support managers with training matrixesAny general HR administration tasks as requiredIdeally for this HR Manager role, you will have -CIPD level 5Experience with talent management & proven experience of improving staff retentionTeam player with experience in a factory/manufacturing settingGood organisational skills and an eye for detailPrior experience working in a stand-alone roleExcellent communication skillsOn offer for this HR Manager position -Working hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm with an early finish on FridaysOffering a salary of £40-45kHealth plan & training schemesIf you are interested in this HR Manager role, please Apply today.
