We are recruiting on their behalf for an HR BP to join their team on a full time, permanent contract.This position can offer a salary up to £46K including excellent company benefits and inclusion in the company bonus scheme.We are looking for an individual with experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, ideally from a manufacturing environment with demonstrated track record of success.The successful candidate will be confident in providing a world-class, proactive business partnering service that stakeholders cherish and that minimises people issues across their business areas, taking the lead on HR projects across the employee lifecycle.HRBP main duties:· As a HRBP you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, which will include collaborating with business leaders to understand and address their HR needs· Contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that drive business success.· Working as a bridge between areas of the business and the Recruitment providers to understand the pipeline in the medium & longer term, to ensure a proactive approach to recruitment.· You will be a trusted advisor to the business, managing employee relations issues and providing guidance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.· Working with leaders to identify and develop talent, implement workforce planning strategies, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. The role will also see you lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement and facilitate a smooth transition.· You will do this whilst ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.HRBP required skills and experience:· Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated track record of success.· Experience coaching leaders on HR issues.· Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization.· Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.· Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.· Embedding people strategy in operations· Leading lessons learnt on complex absence/ER Case Management – Building best practices.· Identifying trends and insights on people issues· Support / Coach in change management initiatives· Embedding a Performance & Development Culture· Supporting the HR Team as and when required· Acting as a Deputy in the Head of HR’s absence/ and when requiredThis is a remarkable opportunity for a HR professional to contribute to the success of a global industry leader.
