HLTA – The roleQualiteach is recruiting for a HTLA role on behalf of a school based in Hillingdon.
The skills and qualities required for the role are excellent communication and listening skills, highly organised, and having the ability to take initiative.
Thinking outside the box and being creative is essential as you will be supporting children in a fast-paced classroom.
HLTA – The schoolThis Primary school is a three-form entry school, set in generous grounds for children from Nursery to Year 6.
They offer complete 'Wrap Around Care' (Breakfast Club before school, Teatime Crew after school and Fun Weeks during the school holidays) to support families with very reasonably priced childcare.
They also offer a huge amount of 'Cultural Capital' extra-curricular clubs for children to enjoy.
In the most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was graded as ‘Good’.
