Harnham and Rockborne are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our HR day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for contract administration, people performance management, employee relations, and HR data management.
You will also support local management and leadership with performance management activities and work to create a productive and energized work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background with advisory experience in a fast-paced, professional services or sales environment.
You should also be CIPD Level 5 or 7 accredited and have proven experience in a similar role.
To be successful in this role, you must be highly responsive, organized, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential, as is the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Contract administration: Ensure contracts and addendums are up to date with local legislation and all required documents are requested.
- People performance management: Provide advice on the PIP process to managers and directors, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
- Employee relations: Handle absence, performance, and conduct issues in line with local labor law and best practices.
- HR data management: Ensure employee data changes and absences are communicated and included in payroll.
- HRIS management: Keep the HRIS up to date and be the main point of contact for queries.
- Global mobility: Manage and keep track of staff movements in terms of visas and contracts.
- HR policies: Create and manage local HR policies in line with global company standards.
- Employee documentation compliance: Perform audits to ensure compliance with local practices and legislation.
- Benefits management: Oversee and manage our benefits program, including gym memberships and long-term service awards.
- Induction: Oversee and deliver monthly HR induction sessions.
- HR projects: Actively engage in global HR projects, providing accurate and timely requirements.
Qualifications:
- Solid HR background with advisory experience in a fast-paced, professional services or sales environment.
- CIPD Level 7 accredited.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Highly responsive, organized, and results-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to influence senior management and gain credibility.
