Information Technology Engineer in London

Four Marketing Group was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution.

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join the Group IT department in our Market Road, London, Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful IT Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving Head Office and Retail Stores' technical issues both remotely and in person, in order to enhance business operations, efficiency, and productivity.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will:

• Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a general IT Support role (essential)
• Possess sound knowledge of networking principles
• Possess high computer literacy
• Have a methodical, accurate, logical and concise approach to work
• Be able to multi-task and work on a number of projects simultaneously
• Have working knowledge of Azure and virtual server operations (highly advantageous)
• Be able to effectively communicate with individuals across the organisation, providing a friendly and efficient service to internal clients

• Microsoft Active Directory Management
• Microsoft 365 Administration (User & Security Management)
• Office 365 Configuration and Management (Email, Teams, SharePoint)
• SharePoint Admin
• OneDrive management
• Meraki Networking (Network control devices used in the AP stores)
• Windows PC configuration and Management
• Apple Mac configuration and Management
• Windows Server Experience
• Layer 2 Hardware Switch Experience
• MS DNS
• MS DHCP
• Network Knowledge including VLan/ Subnetting/MS DHCP
• Help desk Experience.
