Consult are proud once again to be working with one of the world’s fastest growing Dental organisations, who are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join their vibrant UK and Ireland team, playing a pivotal role in identifying and engaging prospective clients who will benefit from our clients’ innovative solutions.

As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships, conducting insightful needs analysis and seamlessly paving the way for their highly skilled field sales team to secure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your exceptional research and communication skills to proactively discover promising new business opportunities through telephone outreach, social media engagement, and strategic email campaigns.
  • Develop strong connections with key decision-makers at target accounts, actively listening to their challenges and aspirations to identify how our clients’ offerings can drive impactful solutions.
  • Employ insightful questioning and data analysis to accurately assess leads, prioritise opportunities, and effectively transfer qualified prospects to the BDM team for further nurturing and sales closure.
  • Articulately convey the value proposition, overcoming objections with a persuasive and professional demeanour.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, utilising the CRM system to meticulously track progress and ensure seamless handovers to the field sales team for optimal sales progression.
  • Generate insightful sales reports, utilizing key metrics to identify trends, measure success, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a collaborative spirit, actively supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the team.

About You:

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening and building rapport.
  • Meticulous organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A passion for building relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience in the dental sector or related B2B environment is highly desirable.
