Finance Manager Temporary to Permanent Leeds (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office p/week) Salary: £50,000 per annum - £55,000 per annum Immediate start required! Elevation Recruitment Group’s Qualified Interim Finance Division are pleased to be working with a growing PE backed organisation based in Leeds to recruit a Finance Manager on a temporary to permanent basis. We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA) who is looking to step in to a business where they can operate as part of a Group function and manage a small team. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the day to day support of the Management Accountants, ensuring deadlines are metAnnual budgeting & forecasting in accordance with strategy & business plansSupport operational team during monthly revenue recognition processEnsuring variance between budgets, forecasts and actual results are understood, clearly explained and necessary actions are implementedPrepare and consolidate full monthly management accounts for several entities as part of the GroupOPEX review and analysis VAT returns Payroll Reporting Managing intercompany cash flow and reconciliationsWe'd love to hear from you if you are:A Qualified Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant (ACA / CIMA /ACCA) with minimum of 2 years working as part of a large Group organisationMust have experience managing a teamMust be available to start on short notice Experience within an acquisitive business and a keen eye for process improvement would be desirableIf you match the above criteria and want to find out more, apply today
