Apply NowElevation Recruitment Group HR are currently working with a prestigious business in Sheffield city centre to identify an Interim HR Business Partner. This Employer of Choice is looking to add into their HR team to cover maternity leave - the role will be a 12 month fixed term contract in the first instance.

Working with a supportive HR lead your role will be to provide generalist HR support, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the business during a high growth phase. This will include supporting the delivery of the strategic objectives where you will be involved in managing employee relations casework including performance improvement plans, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and restructures.
There will also be an opportunity to support the business with projects including OD & change management processes – for example this could include working on ad hoc projects such as identifying system process improvements, providing support for annual employee engagement process, performance management, pay review, wellbeing, HR budgets as well as acting as a champion and role model for the Company values.
With a solid background in operational HR processes you will have extensive employee relations knowledge – with the ability to demonstrate commercial awareness to drive results and work on your own initiative. Experience of influencing and challenging at all levels of seniority within a complex environment and being able to solve problems is key.
