Job Summary:Our client is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join their dynamic, and growing team, offering full training to those without Property exposure, so long as you’re eager to learn.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, advising, and closing deals with clients interested in off-plan property investments so understanding in the real estate market would be a bonus however not a necessity.

Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients interested in off-plan property investments through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

* Inbound warm leads provided daily (NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED) * Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential off-plan investment opportunities.

* Client Consultation: Advise clients on the benefits and risks associated with off-plan property investments, tailoring recommendations to their specific needs and financial goals.

* Property Presentations: Present detailed information about available off-plan properties, including location, pricing, development timeline, and projected returns.

* Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are addressed.

* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.

* Documentation: Manage all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

* Requirements:Experience * 1+ years of experience in B2C environment * Highly motivated and results driven.

* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

* High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Skills: * Strong knowledge of the real estate market and investment principles preferred but not essential.

* Sales experience preferred but not essential.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
