Apply NowIT Coordinator
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Co-ordinator to join our team, based on site in Kidderminster.
This is a new standalone role that will be co-ordinating all IT activity across our 6 offices in the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Shropshire.
The role:
· Provide direct and timely support to colleagues on trouble shooting problems, take ownership of user problems, proactive in resolving issues.
· Coordinate and liaise with external IT provider on all IT related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software.
About you
· Proven IT background in a similar role
· Certification CompTIAA+ preferred
· Able to work on your own initiative
· Proactive and organised with strong admin skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· IT Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office software
· Have a UK driving license and car (travel expenses paid)
