They are a a multi-cultural school with children from a variety of backgrounds, faiths and races.

With a focus on Key Stage 1, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal development of students.

Key responsibilities of a KS1 Teacher: Have the ability and experience of working as a KS1 teacher, with good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.

Create an inviting and stimulating environment both within the classroom and outdoors, including the celebration of pupils' achievements.

Make effective use of a range of assessment monitoring and recording strategies to assess the learning needs of your students in order to set challenging learning objectives and plan for future teaching.

Promote positive relationships between members of the whole Academy community, including developing strong supportive relationships with parents and carers.

Maintain a secure knowledge and understanding of your phase(s) and related pedagogy to enable you to teach effectively at the AcademyRequirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentPassion for teaching and a commitment to student successExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to create engaging and differentiated lesson plansDedication to promoting a positive learning environmentIf you are a passionate KS1 Teacher who is ready to make a difference in empowering young minds to reach their full potential and would like work in the borough of Camden.
