Your Role and Responsibilities:As a Key Stage 2 Teacher in Cheshunt, you will be entrusted with guiding and shaping the academic journey of our students.

Your responsibilities will include:· Developing Engaging Curriculum: Design and deliver comprehensive lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum, ensuring educational objectives are met while fostering a love for learning.

· Implementing Effective Teaching Strategies: Employ a variety of instructional techniques to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

· Assessing Student Progress: Utilize a range of assessment methods to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support academic growth.

· Collaborating with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff to share best practices, contribute to curriculum development, and ensure continuity of instruction across grade levels.

· Building Strong Relationships: Establish positive and constructive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted resource and advocate for the academic and social-emotional well-being of each student.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess:· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.

· A deep understanding of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum and proficiency in delivering high-quality instruction across core subjects.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.

· A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Hours and Compensation:· Contracted hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM during term time.

· Daily rates ranging from £160 to £210, commensurate with the National Teacher Pay scale.
