Position – Lead Electrical EngineerSalary – Up to £44,000 per annumLocation – Weybridge, SurreyWorking Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm or 6:00am-3:00pm.Reporting Into – Engineering ManagerTecrec are currently searching for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to work for a business with many years of extensive experience, my client has been founded by four industry professionals brought together by a common goal; to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees. * As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a two-person team carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance. * Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible. * You will be manging 5 buildings across a business park. * Flexibility for start times, 6:00am-3:00pm, 7:00am-4:00pm & 8:00am-5:00pm. * The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge and previous experience of manging a team within FM.Are you looking for a position which offers the following? * Promotions * Incentives * Overtime * TrainingIf so, please get in touch for more details!The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Electrical Installations (Level 3 Required) * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations. * 18th Edition * 2391 Testing & Inspection - Desired.THE PACKAGE * £44,000 per annum with annual pay reviews. * 22 Days holiday plus bank holidays. * Opportunity to earn overtime. * Benefit package. * Pension scheme.Interested in discussing further?
