Lead Software Engineer – Role Overview  

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the architecture, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

You will be a technical mentor and guide, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

You will also play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products and ensuring they meet business objectives. 

What will you be doing?  

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and professional development. 
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions. 
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. 
• Stay up-to-date on the latest software technologies and trends. 
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery managers, and other stakeholders to understand and meet business needs. 
• Define and maintain coding standards and best practices. 
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high-quality software delivery. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
