Perm Role: £80,000 - £120,000

Harrington Starr has partnered with a growing Financial Services start-up, and they are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Engineer who will be responsible for Architecting, Designing, Engineering and Implementing an incredibly exciting greenfield project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading throughout the full SDLC, providing strong architectural and design input from the get-go!
• Hands on development from day one, providing direction and commercial insight.
• Supporting and guiding Junior and Mid-level Developers to enhance their professional growth, providing mentorship.
• Key decision-making in building-out the Software Development team, responsible for selecting engineers to join the team.
• Providing insight and expertise in building and brining greenfield projects to market.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong commercial use of C#, .Net.
• Strong commercial use of Azure.
• Commercial use of Kubernetes and Docker, building highly scalable applications.
• Strong commercial experience in a Senior Software Engineer/ Lead Engineering role.
• Full unrestricted right to work in the UK.
