Learning and Development PartnerAre you a Learning and Development Coordinator or a Learning and Development Partner looking for your next challenge? Or are you currently working in a generalist HR function looking to move to your first role in L&D?Do you have sound experience delivering training as well as excellent communication and administrative skills?If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered to become our new Learning and Development Partner:The Job:Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday – FridaySalary: £32,000 to £35,000 p.a. D.O.E.Location: You will have the option of working hybrid between our friendly and welcoming Portsmouth office and home, as well as regularly delivering training on our sites.As our Learning and Development Partner, you will be part of our Talent and Development team reporting into the Head of Talent and Development and working closely with the wider People team who are based in our Portsmouth office.You will be leading on the induction process for all support colleagues joining the business, coordinating and delivering our 2-day induction programme.You will be creating, updating, and delivering workshops to our existing colleagues and creating engaging content for our online Learning Management System, ensuring that all records are kept up to date.As the first point of contact for all L&D matters, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and support our colleagues through functional skills training, VRQs and apprenticeships.You will have excellent organisation and presentation skills, experience in delivering workshops face to face and online and an eye for detail, to ensure that inductions run smoothly, and existing colleagues are supported on their learning journeys.Why should you work for Nviro?When you look at us as a company you will find that Nviro is not just your average cleaning company:We are proud to be a professional services provider of clean, hygienic and safe environments.We are a valued partner for schools, colleges, universities, and local authorities.We put our people first and strongly believe that if we treat our colleagues the right way, they will proudly deliver a professional service to our customers.As well as a competitive salary, which is reviewed on an annual basis, we are offering a suite of benefits to all our staff which is continuously updated.
