Learning Support Assistant- locations across West Kent (Sevenoaks)One thing is for certain working in education- no two days will be the same!We are looking for people who are passionate about making a positive impact on school experiences for young people in their local area.This role requires patience, empathy, a calm presence, the ability to think on your feet, and bundles of enthusiasm!A Learning Support Assistant role is perfect for you if you:enjoy teaching but prefer working with small groups and 1:1enjoy working with young peoplewant to make a real impact to young people's school journeywant to work with like-minded people who also want to inspire the next generation Information on the Learning Support Assistant role:Location- locations across West Kent (Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling, Tunbridge Wells)Pay- £85-100 per day depending on qualifications and experienceHours- 8.30am- 3.30pm Monday-Friday. Full-Time and Part-Time roles available.Year- Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7-11). Some roles available in Key Stage 5 (Years 12 & 13)Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above.Experience- experience is highly desirable but not necessary.
