Learning Support Assistant - Key Details:Location: North London Start Date: Immediate Duration: Daily Supply, Flexible Learning Support Assistant - Responsibilities:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to students across EYFS-KS2, with some days involving 1:1 assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in classroom activities and tasks as directed by the teacher.

Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.

Supporting students with their learning and helping to reinforce key concepts.

Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom.

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:Previous experience working in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively across different age groups and adapt to varying learning needs.

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting student's learning.
