Lettings Co-ordinator - Birmingham - £25,000 basic (plus commission £27,000 OTE)I am seeking a Lettings Coordinator for a busy Independent Estate Agency in Birmingham City Centre.The successful Letting Coordinator must have strong administration and organisation skills, this is a office based position so no driving licence is required.Your duties will include: * General administrative duties * Diary management including booking viewings, valuations and other appointments * Processing applications and referencing * Facilitating move ins and preparing tenancy agreement * Reporting repairs and maintenance to the landlord and obtaining their authorisation for repairs/quotes. * Organising repairs and maintenance with contractors and keeping the tenant and landlord fully up to date with job status’ * Organising gas safety records * Ensuring all properties comply with health & safety legislation and are monitored and kept up to date * Speaking to landlords and tenants and organising tenancy renewals * Compiling written and photographic inventories * Booking property end of tenancies and dealing with all aspects of deposit disputes * Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors on a daily basisExperience & Skills Required * Previous experience in a lettings agency or estate agency is preferred * Must be familiar with Outlook, Word & Excel. * Must be well organised, have the ability to work within a team and be proactive.Please contact Samantha Hilling for further details.Alcea Consultancy are acting as an employment business/agency in relation to this vacancy
