Our Reeds Rains branch in Castleford are looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings Manager on full time, permanent basis.

As a Lettings Manager working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:

On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £30,000 to £40,000 per annum

£4,000 per annum car allowance

Opportunity for career progression

In the role of a Lettings Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:

Generating and conducting Lettings Appraisals

Winning and gaining new instruction on properties to let

Business Prospecting and proactive activity

Local market knowledge and networking

Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)

Displaying excellent customer service at all times

As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the Lettings industry and have relevant and up to date Lettings legislation knowledge. A full UK driving license is essential.

This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
