Staff for Education are currently recruiting for passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurses to work in local nurseries in the Sutton-In-Ashfield area starting as soon as possible.
As a Nursery Nurse, your main responsibilities will include:• To ensure children are cared for in a safe, secure and stimulating environment • To engage children in a variety of age-appropriate learning and play activities• Understanding and responding to the needs of each child to ensure they reach their full potential• Communicating with other staff members and parents effectively • Ensuring the nursery is clean, organised and well-maintained• Monitoring and supervising children during playtime, meals, and naptime• Assisting with personal care tasks such as feeding, diapering, and toilet training• Observing and assessing children's development and behaviourIn order to be successful for the role, you will: • Have a strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum • Have a Level 3 EYFS qualification • Previous experience working with a nursery setting • Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one Staff for Education are a specialist recruitment agency based in the heart of Mansfield, specialising in connecting exceptional staff with our schools and educational settings across the East Midlands.
