Local Business Development Manager - Birmingham We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Local Business Development Manager to join our clients team at their prestige main dealership in the Birmingham area.The job:- Identify and engage with potential fleet and business customers- Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective customers, to understand their fleet requirements- Prepare comprehensive and competitive sales proposals, including pricing, financing, leasing and maintenance packages- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in the CRM system- Stay a head of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities related to fleet and business sales- Monitor and analyse customer feedback, market research and sales data to identify areas for improvementAbout you:- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing (desirable but not essential)- Proven experience in fleet and business sales, preferably in the automotive industry- Excellent understanding of fleet management, leasing, financing and relevant taxation regulations- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills- A valid UK driving licence- This role will require frequent travel, with some overnight stays.Further training and development with HUGE career prospectsBasic - £30kOTE - £65k +Working hoursMon - Fri - 40 hour working weekCompany car + Business mileage or Car allowanceLaptop and mobile phoneIf this sounds like you we would love to hear from you, please apply with an up to date CV and we will be in touch to discuss your application further.Who are you applying to?The Solution Automotive Recruitment has been placing candidates into the UK Motor Trade since 1999.
