Masstemps ltd are currently recruiting for a full time, temp to perm machine operator based in Kidderminster to join a busy and expanding manufacturing businessDuties:- Operate and monitor machinery during the production process- Set up machines based on job requirements- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy- Perform routine maintenance on equipment- Follow safety protocols and guidelinesHours of work6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm (rotational shift)PayBasic- £12.51Overtime rate - £18.77Joining our team as a Machine Operator offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can enhance your skills and contribute to the production process.Machining experience is preferred but full training can be provided.If you wish to apply for this job please submit your CV and call (phone number removed)
