Maintenance Engineer, Panama Days, £47.000, 7% matched pension and other great benefitsAbout the CompanyATA Recruitment are working with a large, highly profitable and stable manufacturing company who are looking for a maintenance engineer who enjoys working in a team and is ready to take on a fast-paced, as well as a methodical and inquisitive, hands-on role to find and overcome the various mechanical and electrical challenges that can occur in a FMCG environment.As a maintenance engineer in this role, you will be maintaining mechanical components such as belts, motors, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics. You will also maintain electrical components such as panels, sensors, relays, e-stops, and contactors.You will be expected to:React to breakdowns.Planned Preventative Maintenance.Electrical and Mechanical fault finding.Basic PLC fault finding.Replace and repair electrical components.Replace mechanical components.About youTo be considered for this maintenance engineer role you should be/have the following:Team player.Ability to fault find electrically and mechanically.Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Be happy to work Panama days.You should hold a recognised level 3 (or above) engineer qualification city and guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HND, HNC.The BenefitsThe maintenance engineer chosen for this role will become part of a large, experienced and determined team who work fantastically together to prepare and react to solve any problem that comes their way.
