CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial building in Uxbridge on a temp basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £23.00 per hourHours of workMonday to Friday - 8am - 5pm26th April - 13th MayKey duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsAHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)Control PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsRequirementsElectrically/Mechanically/Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 ( 17/18th edition if electrical )Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient FacingImmediately available or able to start at short noticePlease send your CV to (url removed)
