Red Rock Consultants are looking for an Maintenance Operative to work for a school we are working with based in Clapham, London.You will support management and operations of premises-related functions doing the maintenance at the academies including security, cleaning, health and safety, lettings of our facilities and contractors.The ideal candidate will have: * Experience of building maintenance, or relevant experience, ideally within an educational setting * Understanding of and ability to apply relevant regulations (health & safety, fire, manual handling regulations) * Ability to monitor the work of others (e.g. contractors and cleaners) * Ability to use computer and undertake administrative tasks * Skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry/joinery, painting and glazing desirable * This role will require an enhanced DBSThe role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with the working hours to be discussed.Red Rock Consultants are acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.If you are interested in this position, please do apply with you CV or contact Olivia at Red Rock Consultants for more information
