Management Accountant in Ballyclare

Brook Street has an exciting opportunity for a new full time permanent Management AccountantThis role involves analysing financial data, preparing reports, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes within a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing detailed weekly & monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.Analyse financial performance, providing and challenging against budgets and forecasts.Aid in creating financial models for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.Contribute to the preparation of the monthly Group reporting pack.Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.Collaborate with department heads to review financial performance and provide insights for improvement.Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of financial processes & controls.Essential Criteria:To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate:CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualification or part qualified with experience.2+ years of practical accounting/industry experience.Strong interpersonal & time management skills.Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel and financial software e.g. Business Central/SAP.Desirable Criteria:Knowledge and use of Microsoft Business Central.Knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerBI or similar.Benefits:Competitive Salary.32 days holidays per year.New, state-of-the-art Head Office Facilities.Funded Health care Plan.Long Service Recognition.Cycle to Work Scheme.Role-specific training.Formal Training Facilities.Free, on-site parking.Compensation:Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and is negotiable.To apply please click on the link or send your CV to Jake Knocker or
