The role will suit someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to challenge the status quo in the pursuit of better processes and insightful reporting. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will have a wide-ranging remit to own the monthly reporting output, working with stakeholders throughout the business. There is clear scope for the role to grow as the business continues to flourish and you will be able to utilise all your experience to improve the effectiveness of both systems and reporting.
The Role
• Ownership of monthly reporting including month end.
• Overseeing accounting procedures and contributing to change and improvement.
• Preparing timely monthly management accounts including detailed commentary linked to company KPIs and budget variances and presenting to Senior Management.
• Coordinating and managing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts with the HoF & CFO.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow, including responsibility to manage cash collection and payment management.
• Developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies, procedures and controls to make sure financial risk is mitigated and financial records are accurate.
Your Experience
• Ideally ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Finalist / Qualified. Relevant experience without a qualification will also be considered.
• Ability to problem solve, highlight issues, and find solutions.
• FMCG experience is desirable whilst experience in a product-based environment is essential.

• £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary DOE
