Marketing Assistant in Worksop

Nova Talent are working with a young and innovative company that is experiencing continual growth, we are working together in sourcing an experienced and passionate Marketing Assistant to assist the marketing department with its initiatives and campaigns.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn.

You will help to create, co-ordinate internal content, build relationships with our sales and operational team, and otherwise support the implementation of all marketing communications.

You will act as the intermediary between Marketing and other teams within our organisation and your day-to-day duties will include: * Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, internal teams, and Senior Management on communications.

* Track and observe the marketing strategies and create presentations for the response of the implemented strategies for the internal audience.

* Preparing marketing content for the company and posting the same on company’s website and social media pages.

* Coordinating and working with the marketing department to come up with new internal communications, support marketing campaigns, promotions, etc.

* Devising methods to build long lasting relationships with new and existing customers through continuous reaching out.

* Giving internal presentations, preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.

* Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.

* Creating marketing materials such as case studies, and presentations.

* Providing administrative support to the marketing team.

* Creating and interpreting a variety of reports and organising market research.

* Analysing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

* Creating, proofreading, and editing for various marketing sources to ensure consistency in branding.

What we are looking for: * Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

* Administration or Sales and Marketing Assistant experience.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

* A high level of attention to detail.

* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

* Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Good organisation skills.

* Related job and internship experience.
