We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Marketing Co-ordinator.  

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Marketing Co-ordinator will be to be Responsible for the administration and office support co-ordination to the Marketing & Communications Director, Head of Marketing and wider Marketing team. You will liaise with and support the Group Support Centre with projects and have strong communication and excellent written skills

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and provide an administrative support service for the marketing team, coordinating and collecting all relevant records as necessary
  • Liaising effectively with internal departments, Avery and Hawthorns Locations and external organisations on behalf of the Marketing Team
  • Advising the Head of Marketing of impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments, e.g. reports, presentations, conferences, projects
  • Ensuring systems and processes are maintained to support effective and efficient day to day running of the Marketing Team

Our ideal candidate must:

  • Grade C Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • Demonstrative experience of a similar administrative role and providing support at a senior level
  • The ability to work as part of a team and respond positively to colleagues across the organisation
  • Good knowledge and proficient in IT and systems including Microsoft Office packages – particularly Word and PowerPoint
