Marketing Executive

18-month FTC

Salary – £26,000 to £35,000


 

This is a great job for someone passionate about developing customer marketing communications and driving growth through continuous testing and learning.

As a key member of our CRM Centre of Excellence, you'll work in a job share with another Marketing Executive to deliver and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer response and supporting MPH growth targets for Direct-to-Consumer Healthcare.

You'll collaborate closely with area leads, providing marketing expertise and ensuring a consistent end-to-end customer journey.


 

A bit about the job:

In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing the best customer-led marketing communication campaigns designed to achieve commercial targets.

You'll analyse campaign results and provide recommendations to optimize activities, ensuring targets are met.

With a focus on customer experience and business growth, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies and tactics.


 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing delivery with demonstrated personal ownership.

  • Proficiency in marketing technology and measurement tools, with the ability to analyse and optimize campaign performance.

  • A passion for identifying and leading innovative marketing activities with a focus on customer-centric approaches.

  • Adaptability to changing business requirements and ability to suggest changes for better customer or commercial outcomes.

  • Highly collaborative, ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in effectively managing stakeholders.

  • Salary – £26,000 to £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
