JOB OPPORTUNITY : Marketing Executive (Full Time)

LOCATION : Nottingham (Office Based Role)

SALARY:

Up to £30k (DOE) + Pension + Discount on Treatments & Retail Products

ABOUT MY CLIENTnMy client has a state of the art, luxury clinic that has been established for 20 years, covering all areas within the industry from non – surgical treatments, surgical procedures and cosmetic dentistry. They are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Executive to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:nCreate professional and engaging online and offline content to position the brand as a premium medical clinic.nProduce high quality patient assets – photos and video.nDrive sales and conversions through social media channels.nIncrease followers on all social media channels.nPlan, develop and deliver on meaningful and effective marketing strategy.nRun effective social media paid campaigns.nUnderstand and profile database for effective marketing.nProducing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, newsletters, brochures, and exhibition-related projects.nDesign meaningful offers for a premium brand.nPlan and organize high end open events.nDay to day management of company website, company’s web assets, managing website structure and content to ensure optimal SEO.nMonitoring and reporting on PPC, Facebook, Adwords campaigns.nMonitoring analytics for website and social media platforms and adjusting strategy to enhance CTR, engagement and conversion.nProviding concise and accurate instruction to agencies that produce assets for Zenith, managing relationships with these agencies to ensure assets are received on time and to a high standard.nTrack competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.nMaintain and effectively use testimonial and online review strategy.nMonitor competitors.nDeveloping new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.nEvaluating and presenting reports on the effectiveness of all marketing activities.nAny other duties as required by the business, reception and sales including.

SKILLS REQUIRED:n5+ years’ experience of proven results in managing all social media platforms.nStrategic marketing experience in beauty/cosmetic / dental industry.nStrong analytical and project management skills.nConfident and dynamic personality.nCreative mindset that can innovate.nProblem solver.nPassionate about the cosmetic industry.nExperience in running social media paid campaigns and some knowledge of SEO/PPC.nConfident in running social media paid campaigns.nExcellent command of written English with copy accuracy.nKnowledgeable of latest Graphic Design packages.nExtensive experience in video and photography.nExceptional time and people management skills.nAbility to analyse data and extract meaningful marketing reports.nAbility to segment database and send targeted messages.
