M&E Manager in Belgravia

Bouygues UK is delivering the first phase of a development for Westminster City Council for the Ebury Bridge Estate, located in the heart of central London. We have an exciting opportunity for experienced M&E Manager to work on our project. You will be responsible for the delivery primarily of the M&E aspects of the build.EssentialRelevant Building Services qualification (Mechanical or Electrical) advantageous not essential with appreciation and understanding of both disciplinesPrefer candidates with an Electrical bias  Proven subcontractor managementExperience working with a main contractor or large M&E subcontractor in a M&E capacity Strong attention to detailI.T. Literate Job Purpose and Scope:To coordinate, procure and supervise M&E works.
