M&E Project ManagerM&E Project Manager required for leading privately owned Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in the Sidcup area of Kent that specialise in Installation and maintenance on all Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC plant with established clients in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Private Sector.The M&E Project Manager should have extensive understanding of: * design principles * operations, and maintenance requirements * UK construction contracts including JCT, NEC, and ICC termsM&E Project Manager Responsibilities/Key Skills * Management and responsibility for your own P&L sheet * Control over delivering Mechanical & Electrical installations, ranging from £50k-£2m on time and within budget * Development & Implementation and effective management of project contracts, from initiation through to completion, including extensions and renewals * Development of new and existing Client Relationships * Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to solve complex contractual and management issuesThe M&E Project Manager is a key hire and carries a Renumeration Package of Circa £55-65k plus car allowance and package."Please Be Yourself"Cleveland Eton are acting as a Recruitment Business in relation to this vacancy.
