Kingston Barnes is now recruiting for an exciting position for a Generator Engineer for one of our clients working within the Bristol area.The Company:A company specialising in the hire, installation and maintenance of Diesel Generators. The company’s products apply to a variety of industries, and they have a solid customer base. They have steadily grown over the last few years and are now looking to take on a Generator Engineer.The Role:In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of generators in a workshop environment. The successful candidate will have good engineering knowledge across the mechanical engineering discipline and some electrical knowledge. Ideally, this candidate will also possess a formal qualification and a driving licence.Requirements: * Possess a relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering /Diesel Fitting /Plant i.e. City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent OR to have previous experience and knowledge of generators or diesel engines. (Essential) * Fabrication experience (Essential) * Full Driving Licence (with towing categories preferred).
