Are you a skilled and experienced Mechanical Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-profile project? Look no further! We are seeking a talented Mechanical Manager to oversee and lead on the delivery of all mechanical elements involved in a large new build regeneration scheme based in Shoreditch Park.

You will:

  • Review project programs, contracts, and design specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractor management and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain QA documentation.
  • Provide safety talks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the design, procurement and onsite delivery of mechanical services for new build and/or cut and carve projects.
  • Degree or qualifications in mechanical/building services related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety practices.
  • Familiarity with 4 Projects software for referencing and issuing drawings.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on meeting project milestones.
  • Ability to lead progress meetings and maintain accurate records.
