Job Title: ElectriciansSalary: Competitive salary & benefits packageLocation: GlasgowJob Type: Full Time, PermanentWe have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join the HF family in a permanent role that promises unique challenges, a varied workload and great career progression opportunities within the company.We are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Small Works Project Manager based in our Glasgow office.The Position:The successful candidate will be required to complete the following tasks:Regular contact with clients to keep them updatedOverseeing small projects through to completionSite visits to survey for small worksPreparing cost pricing and estimates for remedial works from ppm visits & clients requestsProviding technical advice to engineers and clients alikeOrganising installations and commissioningLiasing with project managers, engineers, and subcontractorsSite visits and client meetingsPrepare completed works for invoicingPersonal Attributes:Plumbing and or commercial / Domestic gas experienceGood experience of MS packages in particular excel & wordUnderstanding of estimating and experience in managing ppm / reactive contractsSmart and tidy appearanceExcellent communication skillsComprehensive numerical skillsGood time-management skillsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to work on own initiativeWillingness to learnFriendly, patient and polite natureWorking for HF Group:The HF Group is a family run collection of companies and services with branches across the UK.
