Balfor Health and Social care recruiting for Support workers in and around the Stroud area.

We are looking for support workers that have experience working with adults with the following needs.

* Challenging behavior * Complex Health * Autism * ADHD * Learning Disabilities * Mental healthYou will be required to work, within Residential homes, supported living accommodation, Hostels, Day Centres and rehabilitation units.

If you are looking for flexibility and variety in your role as a support worker, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Support Workers to provide care and support for our client’s service users.

Requirements * A minimum 6-month experience as a support worker within the last 2 years.

* NVQ Level 2 in Health a Social care or higher * Mandatory Training * Preferably MAPA Trained.

* Competent within all aspects of care.

* Flexible and Reliable.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Passionate about patient care.
