Mobile Electrician - Commercial Portfolio - Kent - £37,000 per annum CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial contract in the Kent area (Dartford, UK ● Gravesend, UK ● Kent, UK ● Maidstone, UK ● Rochester, UK ● Sidcup, UK ● Swanley) for a leading FM Service Provider In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance
Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting
Emergency light testing
Power distribution
Electrical fault-finding
Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits
Control Panel maintenance
Transformers
Star Delta Starters
General Building Maintenance
Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.

Call out 1 in 5 Weeks
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Requirements

City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Equivalent
18th Edition
A good knowledge of electrical services
Be able to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card
Sound level of administration and organisational skills
General Building Maintenance
Multi-Skilled
Work overtime when required
