Mobile Facilities Electrician- Central Belt - Salary up to £38,000 Plus great benefits! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering the Scotland region on a mobile basis mainly Central Belt, occasional travel to Inverness and Aberdeen. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return the company is offering a competitive salary up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update Log books
To ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance with improving these requirements on a continuous basis.
To communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance and technical information required

Hours of Work & Package Information

Basic Salary of up to £38,000
Call out
Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Company Van & Fuel Card
Full company uniform
Overtime available (time and half weekdays and Saturday, double time on Sundays)
Training and development
Gym flex/discount
Eye Care = £25 towards Eye test and £100 towards glasses

Requirements

Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
Electrically or mechanically qualified – City and Guilds level 3 (Desirable)

Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)

Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
