CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with our growing financial services client hiring a Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join them in their Glasgow site, and across their branch network in Scotland.
Key responsibilities of the Mortgage & Protection Broker:
- Offer expert advice on mortgage products
- Assist clients in the mortgage application process
- Manage paperwork and liaise with lenders
- Offer advice on suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness, and income protection
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Proactively engage potential clients through warm leads, while developing your own network through client referrals
Key skills or background required for the Mortgage & Protection Broker:
- Professional qualification or equivalent is essential (CeMAP or CII)
- Experience delivering regulated Mortgage & Protection advice
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage products and lending criteria across the market
- Strong communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships
