Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer in Bradford

This leading manufacturing company, are looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their well established team due to busy workloads!

Salary: £44,000 to £54,610Location: BradfordHours: Bespoke 3 week 12 hour rolling rota- no weekend work!

A few of the many benefits:No weekend work, plus days off in the weekUp to 8% company pension contributionBonusGreat overtime ratesSubsidised canteenOnsite gymPrivate medical careDuties of a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer:Working on CNC lathes, CNC Grinding machines, semi-automated assembly lines, robotics, hydraulics, pneumaticsWorking on PPMs and breakdowns daily2/3 projects to be completed/ involved in throughout the yearOrdering parts/ spares to ensure available as and when neededElectrical wiring, panel building, testing, inspection and fault findingWorking on PLCs (S7 mainly) and robots - fault finding and rectificationEnsuring daily, weekly and annual servicing is completeRebuild key CNC machinery as and when neededAssist with machine installationsProviding support and training for operators and apprenticesIn the absence of a manager plan no work schedulesWorking with other departments working to continuous improvement to ensure the business is the best it can beDesired experience:You must have at least Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds – Apprentice trained)It would be advantageous for you to have HNC and HND qualifications but not essentialIdeally, have 3 years experience in an Electrical maintenance position recentlyMust have experience with CNC machines and strong fault-finding knowledge with PLC’sMust have a continuous improvement focusMust have worked within a manufacturing maintenance background previouslyMust be IT literateIdeally, have 18th editionMust have a good work ethic, someone who can work independently and within a team environmentFor further details please contact Beth Roberts at Elevation.
