In this role, you will:* Complete responsive repairs in tenanted properties, including Joinery, Plumbing, Tiling and Plastering.
* Install and repair a variety of fixtures, fittings, and household components.
* Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:* Strong Core Trade skill as a foundation.
