Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD  to develop their nursing career at our home located in  Radcliffe, Greater Manchester.
Our care home, conveniently situated within a residential area of Radcliffe in Manchester, we offer a warm and welcoming environment where residents receive high quality residential, nursing and dementia care that is designed around their individual needs.
Led by a dedicated and kind home manager, who has a wealth of experience in the care sector, every member of the supportive is committed to delivering the kindest care to residents, working hard to ensure their care needs are met whilst also making the home a happy place to live.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse  RGN / RGN or RNLD  to come and join as part of our management team as a  Clinical Lead Nurse.
Job Role:  As a Clinical Lead running the night shifts this will mean making sure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

  • The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before nurses get started. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
  • Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos' of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
