Nursery Manager
Nuffield Health Bromley FWC | Nursery | Maternity Cover 12 Months Fixed Term
Up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience
40 hours per week

As a Nursery Manager at our Bromley club, you'll be qualified with the NNEB, an NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC or BA Hons (or equivalent). You'll need experience of managing a team and an enhanced DBS check. Crucially, you're great at communicating with parents, carers and external professionals.

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

Ensure our nursery and its team provide the best possible high-quality care and education
Champion the health, growth and development of every child in our care
Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Oversee planning activities and assessments while implementing updates to childcare legislation
Hold overall responsibility for SEN and Safeguarding
Identify opportunities to grow sales and achieve revenue targets
