Office Co-Ordinator with D R Newitt Recruitment

•After impressive YOY growth, we’ve moved to a state-of-the-art office in city centre Manchester, and we’re expanding the team by looking for an Office Coordinator to assist it’s successful running.
The Role
•Reporting to the Associate Director (Manchester) and Operations Director, you will support the smooth operations of the office.
•Providing administrative support to consultants and management
•Answering the telephone and directing candidate and client calls to relevant consultants
•Registering, updating, and formatting candidate CVs
•Updating databases and spreadsheets
•Ordering / organising office supplies.
•Working with service providers to ensure office is always clean and tidy.
•Helping to organise staff incentives.
•Supporting with group-wide projects
The Candidate
•We are looking for an organised, diligent and articulate individual, who is full of bright ideas and is easy to get on with.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and good accuracy.
•Customer-facing / customer service experience preferrable
Office based.
Monday – Friday, office hours
