Operations and Logistics Manager | Luxury Retail | London - Hybrid

Consumer Additions are proud to be partnered with a luxury fragrance brand that is seeking an Operations and Logistics Manager.

This well established, yet high-growth brand, is a leader in their niche and a household name in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales orders Process for wholesale partners and stores.
Manage and updating delivery schedules whilst communicate to all internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee inventory levels to prevent out of stocks or overstock situations.
Coordinate the SKU rationalisation and product discontinuation processes.
Liaising with boutiques regarding preparation and guidelines for stock takes in strong collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager.
Supervise the 3PL activity to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment..
Negotiate with the 3PL to optimise costs
Strive to make the brands logistics operations as efficient as possible. Always looking to improve the supply chain - quicker order fulfilment, less lost orders, lower costs etc..
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to the shipping and handling of products.
Manage and Monitor stocktake process in 3PL and Retail team; and report and investigate all discrepancies.
Manage three direct reports.

Experience:

Similar experience at a luxury brand.
Experience managing logistics operations across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail.
Experience overseeing the launch of a new 3PL warehouse.
Calm under pressure, with strong analytical, organisational, decision making and proven presentation skills.
Knowledge and implementation on a daily basis of client services and order processing.
Strong supply chain knowledge, ideally knowing the intricacies of beauty/cosmetic supply chains.
